Players play as Waldo, who gradually becomes wiser as he explores his strange new world with its unique inhabitants. The player is free to roam around a large but empty world, with a few empty buildings and characters scattered around. The player's actions will decide which ending they receive at the end of their playthrough, as well as various other small events throughout the game. This bug was quickly fixed after being reported to all users who purchased the game for Windows or Linux systems. Hentai 3D Collection Waldo 1's soundtrack was composed by SoundCloud user Flandre, who has also composed music for Hentai 3D Collection Waldo 2.
